they don't have decent amount of med slots for EW

- long ranges are beams. theres no long range blasters either
- short ranger will be the MP, sort of. Kind of. Still hits farther than blasters but not very hard.
- launcher slots?
- med slots, EW, etc might be different with the EW changes coming up?
- hybrids only do 2 types of damage as well.
