StoryContest : Letter from Oakenhead
(a letter written by tired hand on a wet parchment)
Somewhere in Fellwood, during the night between 18th and 19th day of July
I'm really glad your work as an alcheminst is going well in so hostile environment as Azeroth is this days. Picking flowers in Stranglethorn Vale is not easy as you might wished. He he, just watch your back and you'll be safe. And watch for those shadowmelded panthers!
Look, I'm really sorry to write you with a week of ... delay. I have no excuse. It's just that I feel old and tired and I'm starting to forget things. Don't laugh! I have not forgot you, I just forget to write.
Thanks a lot for your Swiftness Potions! Although I forget to drink them because I'm used to my travel form, few times they were really handy. With all this fat and lazy orcs, you probably make a fortune out of them at Auction House in Orgrimmar. He he, who would say that so easy to get herbs mixed in a vial can earn you more than a gold piece for a stack of those potions. Keep on hard work, there's a mount to buy soon.
You said that you're focusing now on your fire and not cold talents? Strange, as you're all about defense while picking herbs. Hmm, I'm affraid that after you feel all that power from fire talents you'll get used to burn things for your pleaseure. Plese, don't get me wrong, but keep your spells under controll. Seymour's mount was burned by that crazy Hank, don't make the same ... mistake. I'm still carrying scars from Pyroblasts thrown at me while deffending Tarren Mill. Use those spells wise, I beg you. At least use them for a noble cause, like for blasting those jumping-around-like-monkey paladins.
Do you remeber my tales about Blackrock? I'm almost finished with that dark place, for now. Need just a blood sample from a self-proclamed general Drakkisath. There's a gossip running around Orgrimmar about someone discovered a new hidden place in Blackrock Spire. They call it Blackwing Lair, but nobody returned back alive of those that went there to check as this gossips are true. I fear they might be true.
Too bad you could not attend Cabot's wedding in Tanaris as that place is still too hostile for you.
Hope I see you soon. In meantime, stay well and Cenarion speed to you Kika.
